📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate AI SaaS contracts and tech agreements
• Provide regulatory and product counsel as needed
• Create training resources for sales and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• A law degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice and in good standing in CA or NY
• 3+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience
• Transactional background: SaaS, technology, IP licensing, and/or M&A
• Creative, independent, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-focused, collaborative; bonus: AI experience and GTM/Sales
