📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts
• Establish the EMEA legal function under the Head of EMEA Legal
• Address other legal issues as they arise
• Broaden your wheelhouse in a fast-growing, mission-driven team
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office per week

🎯 Requirements

• English qualified lawyer with 2+ years PQE
• Experience with commercial/tech law at top firm or in-house SaaS
• Transactional background, incl. tech and IP licensing
• AI experience welcomed but not required
• Creative thinker, independent, proactive in fast-paced env
• Team-focused, collaborative, eager to grow in evolving practice
• Hyper-responsive and service-oriented attitude; enjoy solving hard problems
