Associate Commercial Counsel, Sales

📋 Description

• Support Axon’s sales teams globally with contracts and corporate matters.
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS solutions.
• Develop and enforce contract templates, risk analyses, and playbooks; lead contract lifecycle
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, and IT to enable scalable legal
• Provide regulatory and compliance guidance as needed and mentor junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in-house or equivalent experience negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate high volumes of contracts (SaaS, hardware, services).
• Experience negotiating SaaS/IaaS/PaaS contracts and international agreements.
• J.D. and member in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong organizational skills and a drive to improve processes; familiarity with AI-enabled
• Fluency in English; ability to work across global teams.
