Associate Commercial Counsel, Sales

📋 Description

• Support Axon’s global sales teams with contract negotiations
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS
• Advise on risk analyses and options for business partners
• Lead and review Contracts Managers’ work
• Develop and enforce contract templates, risk analyses, and playbooks
• Support contract lifecycle management system implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in-house or equivalent experience negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Experience with SaaS, IaaS, and/or PaaS contracts
• Ability to handle high-volume contract work with urgency
• J.D. and bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• Experience negotiating international agreements
• Interest in AI for workflow automation and processes
