Associate Communications Specialist

📋 Description

• Support external communications and marketing initiatives aligned with federal business priorities
• Develop messaging and content promoting products, technologies, capabilities, customer successes
• Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, executive talking points, fact sheets, articles
• Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to transform technical and operational
• Assist with media relations, including monitoring coverage, tracking relevant news, and identifying
• Support thought leadership initiatives such as bylined articles, executive communications, speaking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English, or a related
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities with strong attention to clarity
• Ability to translate complex technical, business, or operational concepts into accessible and
• Experience supporting communications campaigns, media relations, content development, product
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
