• Support the Vision and Direction of the Community Ministry
• Develop and disciple leaders, including Coaches and LifeGroup Leaders, in a digital and global
• Connect people to virtual and in-person small groups around the globe.
• Cultivate relationships and advocate for mission partners, making a significant impact in
• Understand and Lead through Key Operational Areas of the Community Ministry
• Ensure excellence in ministry processes, including group management, leader onboarding, systems
