Associate Compliance Manager, Complaints

📋 Description

• Partner with Ops, Legal, and Risk for second line complaint oversight.
• Monitor program against policies/regulatory requirements to reduce harm.
• Analyze complaint data and trends to identify systemic issues.
• Develop monitoring routines, reporting, and governance for oversight.
• Provide risk-based guidance on complex consumer lending and deposit regs.
• Document future-state requirements and improve reporting for program upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in second-line compliance or risk in banking/FS.
• CRCM certification from the ABA.
• Able to explain consumer banking products and compliance clearly.
• Experience evaluating complaint trends and communicating risk to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of third-party risk oversight and vendor compliance programs.
