📋 Description

• Review, redline, and negotiate customer-facing SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, NDAs, and
• Review and negotiate inbound vendor and software licenses, professional services agreements, and
• Apply, maintain, and update Everlaw's contract playbooks, fallback positions, and standard form
• Serve as a responsive legal partner to Sales and Finance, offering pragmatic advice on contract
• Thoughtfully integrate approved AI productivity tools into daily workflows to optimize contract
• Answer day-to-day contract questions from internal stakeholders and keep pace with legal

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of commercial contracting experience in-house at a technology company or at a law firm
• J.D. and active state bar membership
• Hands-on experience negotiating critical terms like Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, IP
• Experience with NDAs, DPAs, or BAAs
• Produce clear, concise redlines and calibrate communication for legal, business, and technical
• Process-oriented, curious about AI legal tools, and able to manage multiple concurrent deal streams
