Associate Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, vendor contracts).
• Identify legal/commercial risks and provide practical mitigations.
• Support senior leadership with negotiation strategies, templates, and clause libraries.
• Advise internal teams on routine contractual questions; escalate high-risk issues.
• Conduct legal research on Philippine and international laws; summarize findings.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and corporate documents; support governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor or equivalent; active Philippine Bar.
• 2–4 years in commercial contracts, corporate law, data privacy, or compliance.
• Law firm or corporate legal dept experience preferred.
• Experience with technology, software, marketing, or lead-gen sectors is a plus.
• Strong contract interpretation, research, issue spotting, and writing.
• Able to work under supervision while handling routine matters independently.
