📋 Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, insertion orders, vendor
  • Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical recommendations
  • Support senior legal leadership in developing negotiation strategies, templates, clause libraries
  • Advise internal teams on routine contractual questions
  • Conduct legal research on Philippine and international laws

🎯 Requirements

  • Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Laws, or equivalent law degree
  • Active member in good standing of the Philippine Bar
  • Approximately two to four years of relevant legal experience
  • Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
  • Experience supporting technology, media, marketing, software, advertising, or lead-generation
  • Strong foundation in contract interpretation, legal research, issue spotting, and legal writing
