📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer, procurement, partnership, and vendor agreements
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, Security, and cross-functional teams for advice
• Identify legal risks and propose commercially reasonable solutions
• Improve contract negotiations with playbooks, templates, and standard language
• Support AI-powered workflows and automation in legal processes
• Train internal stakeholders on contracting best practices

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3–5 years of legal experience in tech/SaaS/data processing or commercial agreements
• Strong written and verbal communication with business partners
• Sound judgment balancing legal risk with business objectives
• Collaborative; able to manage multiple priorities; interested in AI
