Associate Counsel, Employment

📋 Description

• Provide legal and strategic advice on global employment matters including employee relations
• Assist in managing employment-related disputes, complaints, litigation, and investigations
• Draft, negotiate, and review employment related agreements, addenda, and amendments
• Partner with the People team in the development of AlphaSense's people policies
• Advise on the use of AI technology in employee relations, recruiting/hiring, and other employment
• Remain informed of the shifting legal landscape of global employment laws, regulations, and

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to, and good standing with a state bar
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience advising clients on employment and labor-related matters either
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations including Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act
• Superior business acumen with an unrivaled commitment and deep-seated need to provide responsive
• Energetic, authentic, and friendly with a great sense of humor; capable of displaying strong
• Effective communicator, able to interact with internal and external professionals of all types and
