Supporting legal team members in advising stakeholders across the product, engineering, and
Performing first-pass review of advertising and marketing collateral, including claim

A J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school, and membership in good standing to at least one
3-4+ years of legal experience, preferably advising corporate and commercial entities.
Familiarity with marketing and product-related laws and regulations, and with core privacy concepts.
Experience supporting the review of advertising and marketing collateral, or a strong interest in
Exposure to trademark matters, such as clearance, enforcement, or prosecution support, or to
Experience working with fast-paced technology, software, or fintech companies is a plus.
