Associate Creative Project Manager (Fixed-Term)

📋 Description

• Own daily triage of incoming creative requests with required info
• Monitor team capacity and bandwidth; flag overallocation early
• Assign/re-assign work by specialty, availability, and deadlines
• Build production plans for approved requests and set due dates
• Chase overdue tasks and stalled approvals to keep work moving
• Groom the backlog regularly and surface stale/duplicate/on-hold requests

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in PM, production, traffic, or operations
• Strong organizational skills with many moving pieces
• Clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and creatives
• Familiarity with PM tools (Asana, Notion, Monday)
• Calm, solutions-oriented when priorities shift or deadlines tighten
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes
