Associate Creative Strategist

📋 Description

• Analyze data in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Collaborate with production teams to create video and static ads
• Write persuasive scripts and copy for ads
• Ensure visuals align with the ad creative strategy
• Provide feedback aligned to the creative strategy
• Collaborate with Post-Production and Strategy Lead to iterate concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret results
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) a plus
