Associate, Credit Analysis

📋 Description

• Monitor investments in the Business Services sector within the leveraged loan market.
• Present written credit analyses: strengths/weaknesses, mitigants, outlook, and key terms.
• Perform fundamental analysis; build/maintain financial models; write memos and reports.
• Assist in sector presentations: industry state, comparisons, valuations, trends to IC.
• Stay current on trends; monitor primary/secondary credit markets via networking with analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• 2-5 years in credit markets; financial analysis and modeling.
• Prior investment banking experience a plus.
• CPA, CFA and/or MBA a plus; GAAP knowledge.
• Proficient in DCF/NPV; EBITDA adjustments; forecasting drivers.
• Excel/Word/PowerPoint; Bloomberg and Capital IQ; AI familiarity.
