Associate Customer Adoption Manager

📋 Description

• Provide technical, business, and product knowledge to drive customer success
• Build and lead a global agile team in the US and India
• Collaborate with Coupa CVM to ensure customer success and deliverables
• Become SME for Coupa core modules; run workshops and provide recommendations
• Deliver best-practice assessments to drive adoption of Coupa
• Run knowledge-share sessions to educate on new/existing features

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in systems applications consulting
• Background in eInvoicing and Global Compliance
• Strong client management skills and ability to execute an implementation plan
• Proficiency with SaaS and financial/accounting software
• Consulting experience with Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills
