  • Own onboarding and implementation with customers near the point of sale.
  • Ensure customers are engaged, trained, and able to use the product.
  • Be a product expert; share best practices to maximize value.
  • Support customers with product training and demos for diverse audiences.
  • Conduct check-ins within 30 days of onboarding.
  • Serve as the main customer contact during onboarding and coordinate resolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with data handling: view, extract, transfer, store, recall, and manipulate data files
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to train and transfer knowledge to customers
