Associate Customer Consultant

📋 Description

• Own onboarding and implementation activities with customers near the point of sale.
• Ensure customers are engaged, understand training options, and can use the product.
• Be a product expert to help customers get value.
• Conduct check-ins with customers within 30 days of onboarding.
• Serve as the main onboarding contact; escalate issues and coordinate resolution.
• Oversee transition to the internal team through renewal.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with data handling: view, extract, transfer, store, recall and manipulate data files
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to train others and maintain an ownership mindset with proactive collaboration
