  • Own onboarding and implementation activities with customers near the point of sale.
  • Ensure customers are engaged, understand training options, and can use the product.
  • Be a product expert, understanding all facets and best practices to drive value.
  • Provide product training and walkthroughs for diverse audiences.
  • Conduct check-ins with customers within 30 days of onboarding.
  • Serve as the main customer contact during onboarding, escalating issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with data: view, extract, transfer, store, recall, and manipulate data.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to a diverse audience.
  • Ability to train and transfer knowledge and skills to customers.
