🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA.
4+ years in program/project management or related roles.
Experience with NPI, low-volume production, or rapid prototyping.
PMP or PM certification preferred.
Strong English communication; experience with US-based customers preferred.
Self-starter, hands-on, results-oriented; accountable.
