Associate Customer Program Manager - Injection Molding (IM)

📋 Description

• Act as primary advocate for customers on injection molding programs. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from tooling kickoff through production.
• Manage tooling readiness, production ramp, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with ops, quality, tooling, and supply chain.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution across multiple customers.
• Gather and communicate design intent, DFM feedback, quality needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and manufacturability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Tool Engineering.
• 5+ years in injection molding PM, manufacturing ops, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of tooling development, DFM, and quality control.
• Experience with NPIs, prototype tooling, bridge tooling, and production IM.
• Experience with global manufacturing partners preferred.
• PMP or project management certification a plus.
• Excellent communication in English; US-based customers preferred.
