Associate Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee client lifecycle and drive adoption for retention.
• Collaborate with TAMs, PS, and Support to scope and deliver.
• Build trust and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
• Design programs to expand adoption and value, including training.
• Prepare and deliver recurring customer Business Reviews.
• Monitor at-risk customers and manage escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to collaborate across organizations to deliver outstanding service.
• Create evangelists by listening to customers and delighting them.
• Adept at moving quickly between execution and strategy.
• Independently organize work, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years pre/post-sales experience.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and events.
