📋 Description

• Own consumption and adoption outcomes across a portfolio of mid-complexity customers
• Utilise internal AI agents, recommend and override actions as needed
• Lead Customer Business Reviews at Director and Manager level
• Own Customer Impact Plan and manage risks
• Apply business acumen, spot expansion signals, and hand off to Sales
• Partner with RAM and AE on renewal readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of related work experience in customer success, consulting, technical advisory, project
• Practitioner-level capability with AI tools
• Ability to translate AI work for non-technical stakeholders
• Track record of using AI to change work processes
• Practitioner-level business acumen
• Strong stakeholder management
