  • Execute playbook-driven interactions for scale customers (onboarding, health checks, renewals)
  • Handle inbound requests via shared queues; resolve issues using established processes
  • Monitor health signals; act on automated alerts; escalate when needed
  • Participate in webinars, office hours, and digital campaigns
  • Maintain technical credibility; speak knowledgeably about Expel's services
  • Flag gaps in playbooks; share observations to help the team improve

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience (support, success, or account management)
  • At least 1 year in the security field (ops, products, consulting, GRC, or incident response)
  • Able to handle high-volume, queue-based work with frequent context-switching
  • Knowledge of MDR, EDR, SIEM, NDR and cloud security
  • Strong written and active listening skills; quick context understanding
