Associate Customer Technical Program Manager - Vehicle OS

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day health of the program backlog in Jira: translate customer requirements and
• Run defect and blocker management for the program - triage customer-reported issues, drive severity
• Track release scope and milestone readiness against the program plan, surfacing slips, at-risk
• Produce recurring program reporting: weekly status, delivery and story-point summaries, escalation
• Serve as a working-level point of contact for the customer’s program and engineering counterparts
• Maintain the program’s source of truth in Confluence - requirement-to-feature mappings, delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in program or project management, engineering, technical consulting, or
• Excellent written communication, and the judgment to know when to escalate versus resolve something
• Comfort working directly with an external customer - including in the meetings where the news is
• Strong organizational instincts: you keep your own trackers, you notice when a thread has gone
• Enough technical literacy to follow engineering discussions about software features, builds
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, or the demonstrated ability to get fluent fast
