Deliver client-focused support in shared/dedicated environments; exceed expectations.
Support mission-critical infrastructure; resolve complex client incidents and problems.
Communicate, analyze, and resolve issues to optimize client infrastructure.
Part of Mainframe Operations team; monitor system and batch processing.
Interact with internal/external customers for system/batch requests.
Operate online monitoring, batch ABEND recovery, and system restarts.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Mainframe Operations.
Strong knowledge of Batch monitoring, Console Ops, ad hoc job scheduling and IPL activities.
Extensively worked on OPC/TWS scheduling tool for Production/Batch Monitoring.
Strong knowledge in Console Operations; experience with complex Sysplex environments.
Provide 2nd level support for system/online monitoring, ABEND recovery and restarts.
Knowledge of MVS, VTAM, JCL, IPL, HMC, TSO, JES2, CICS, TAPE, SDSF.
