Support health and reliability of server and network infra in data centers and PoPs.
Help drive MTTD and MTTR metrics; follow directions, learn quickly, and be detail-oriented.
Onsite support for emergencies; collaborate with senior techs/engineers.
Assist with rack and stack, cabling, testing, and handoff to provisioning.
Handle tickets via Jira and document tasks and SOPs.
Assist with receipt/decommissioning of hardware and spare parts management.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
0–2 years in servers/storage/compute/network hardware.
Interest or hands-on experience with servers or networking gear.
Inventory/receiving/shipping experience preferred.
Pre-employment drug tests and background checks required.
Physical: lift up to 35 lbs, work at heights up to 50 ft, tolerate noise; available for
