Associate Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Support organizational and performance-related initiatives by identifying operational challenges
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from a variety of sources, including internal databases
• Work closely with managers, coaches, and other subject-matter experts to understand workflows
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers relevant to operational
• Apply quantitative and analytical techniques to support planning and evaluation efforts, including
• Assist in the development, testing, and use of analytical models and tools that support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related field with 1+ years of experience
• Master’s degree preferred
• Prior work experience or internships in data science, data analysis, or a related area is a plus
• Proficiency in Python for automation, API interaction, and rapid prototyping
• Strong SQL skills
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, basic NLP/Regex techniques, and foundational ML algorithms
