Associate Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Build, deploy, and monitor ML models for credit risk and fraud.
• Own end-to-end modeling lifecycle from feature engineering to validation.
• Collaborate with Risk, Fraud, Analytics, and Technology teams.
• Translate modeling insights into practical decisions with mentorship.
• Improve production ML pipelines for reliability and scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience building ML models (internships okay).
• Proficiency in Python: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, xgboost.
• SQL experience for querying, transforming data.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or STEM field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in credit risk or fraud modeling in fintech.
