Associate - Deal Desk (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales teams on deal policies, including pricing, contract terms
• Support the complete customer lifecycle, from lead and quote creation through contracting
• Monitor and manage the Deal Desk queue, prioritizing requests, meeting service-level expectations
• Coordinate deals through internal approval processes by partnering with Sales Leadership, Legal
• Review deal structures and documentation to identify risks, policy gaps, or compliance issues and
• Identify opportunities to improve sales policies, processes, workflows, and systems to increase

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to evaluate complex requests
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, enabling collaboration across multiple
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines in
• Experience or proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)
