Associate Dean of Culture

📋 Description

• Supervises Lunch and Recess.
• First contact for student behavior incidents and referrals.
• Responds promptly with intervention and de-escalation.
• Facilitates student reflection conversations and restorative responses.
• Supports classroom push-in or class removal and morning check-ins.
• Escalates to the Dean of Culture when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 6 months experience with students in schools or youth settings.
• Strong Google Suite proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, staff, families, and leadership.
• Calm, firm, and empathetic in challenging situations; Spanish preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; fingerprinting clearance.
