Associate Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Manage small-to-medium scale projects or workstreams from initiation to completion using Agile.
• Facilitate day-to-day ops for cross-functional teams (cloud, data, AI, app dev).
• Lead daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and status meetings; champion agile practices.
• Act as liaison between customers and technical teams to document requirements and milestones.
• Own project financials and margins; track burn and profitability.
• Prepare regular status updates, retrospectives, and health reports for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in project coordination or scrum roles, ideally in professional services.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge; CSM/PSM cert preferred.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, or Asana.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate client needs to tasks.
• Detail-oriented, organized; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest or background in software dev and cloud; familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to travel to client sites (<25%).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
