Associate Demand Planner

📋 Description

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to forecast near- and long-term demand at SKU level.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning and Production for consensus plans and execution.
• Use ANAPLAN to align marketing forecasts with financial forecasts.
• Support readiness for new product introductions.
• Perform supply chain analytics to optimize inventory and service levels for International DCs.
• Develop and maintain reports/tools (ANAPLAN, Tableau, Power BI, Excel) for monthly planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in supply chain or equivalent
• APICS/ISM/CPM/CSCP/CPIM certification preferred
• Power BI experience preferred
• Experience with S&OP, Demand Planning, Forecasting
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP in manufacturing and inventory
• SAP knowledge; Tableau BI a plus
