Associate Developer (India)

📋 Description

• Participate in Salesforce training pathways and earn foundational certs
• Perform basic development tasks in Apex, LWC, and declarative tools
• Shadow senior practitioners and translate business needs to technical specs
• Test, debug, and document your work; QA outputs
• Ramp up workload to hit billable targets as you grow
• Join delivery team ceremonies and communicate blockers early

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or equivalent practical experience
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience; 6–18 months preferred
• Strong OOP, SQL databases, and web tech (JS, HTML, CSS)
• Salesforce exposure via Trailhead (preferred)
• High learning agility; proactive; open to feedback
• Detail-oriented; follows naming conventions and guidelines
• Strong communication; team player; comfortable with Jira/Asana and agile
