Associate DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day operation of the AWS and Kubernetes platform — monitoring reliability and
• Build & Maintain GitOps deployments: sync policies, deployment ordering, configuration
• Support CI/CD pipelines: maintain GitLab pipelines and runners, help engineering teams troubleshoot
• Act as first responder on platform incidents: triage, escalate, and help document post-mortems
• Maintain platform observability: monitoring, alerting, and log visibility
• Migrate 50 person business consulting team onto a new AI native stack

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes
• Working knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, including runner management and Bash scripting for deployment
• Familiarity with GitOps practices (ArgoCD or similar)
• Exposure to Terraform or another infrastructure-as-code tool
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset — you're supporting people, not just
• Comfortable being accountable to other engineers who are blocked and waiting on you
