Associate, Digital Asset Operations

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end workflows for new digital asset integrations from assessment to launch.
• Oversee platform updates for asset events: migrations, swaps, upgrades, and deprecation.
• Serve as primary operational contact for external project teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Support.
• Coordinate ecosystem campaigns and growth initiatives with partners.
• Maintain SOPs, trackers, and docs; drive process improvements at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; solid markets knowledge.
• 1+ year in TradFi (IB/asset mgmt/capital markets) in regulated settings; eager for Web3.
• Strong ownership; proactive in unblocking bottlenecks and delivering projects.
• Integrity: ethical handling of sensitive, market-moving information with discretion.
• Attention to detail: meticulous, time-sensitive, precise execution.
• Project management: manage multiple cross-functional projects with deadlines.
