📋 Description

• Assist Investment Advisors in buying and selling commercial properties.
• Act as intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Promote the sale of commercial real estate through all channels.
• Prepare and provide supporting legal documents for transactions.
• Build and cultivate client relationships within the assigned region.
• Support buyers during property tours and advise on value.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Transaction Analyst, Underwriter or Associate.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
