Associate Director, Accounting

📋 Description

• Own general ledger processes for P&L/BS across entities.
• Manage Treasury and Accounts Payable functions.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations for multiple units.
• Consolidate SGA budgets and allocate costs to units.
• Mentor staff; maintain accounting documentation and GAAP tech.
• Support GAAP standards adoption and audits as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in accounting/finance; CPA preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience; multi-entity in EMEA.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; US GAAP familiarity required.
• Infor or similar ledger systems; advanced Excel/Office.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Leadership track record and cross-functional collaboration.
