Associate Director, Accounting

📋 Description

• Own GL accounting for P&L/BS across entities
• Manage Treasury and AP functions and cash flow needs
• Maintain accounting policies and training materials
• Prepare complex GL entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Finalize budgets/forecasts; allocate to units for management review
• Lead and mentor staff; ensure GAAP alignment and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in accounting/finance; CPA preferred
• 12+ years of relevant experience; multiple entities in EMEA
• Strong GAAP knowledge (US GAAP incl. ASC 606)
• Infor/ERP experience; advanced Excel; MS Office
• Analytical, detail-oriented, able to manage deadlines
• Fluent English; strong stakeholder communication
