📋 Description

• Advise clients navigating significant business transformation using accounting knowledge
• Lead research and analysis on complex accounting and finance challenges across business changes
• Partner with clients to support day-to-day needs and deliver high-quality projects
• Plan and deliver against project budgets and workstreams
• Develop juniors through coaching and performance feedback, fostering team culture
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and service expansion with existing clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or related field
• 15+ years of audit or industry accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP/GAAS/IFRS
• Passion for developing client relationships
• Thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
