Associate Director, Aesthetics AI Strategy

📋 Description

• Support the Aesthetics business unit in defining their AI strategy, identifying opportunities where
• Support the development and roll-out of high-priority AI pilots, monitor and report on progress
• Apply expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI, to contribute to innovative
• Assist in establishment and execution of operational frameworks and governance, ensuring
• Provide thought leadership and support in cross-cutting capabilities including but not limited to

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in related field, e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Machine
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, with experience in directly serving life sciences, CPG/Luxury
• Broad understanding of emerging technologies in AI/ML.
• Effective project management and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate across multiple
• Key competencies: experience in AI/ML, enterprise thinking with ability to build credibility within
• Preferred: 2-3 years from a Top-Tier management consulting firm.
