📋 Description

• Acts as a partner with BHR and division leader(s) to provide L&D support to achieve the
• Conducts evaluation and reporting on the impact/results brought about by the delivery of learning
• Leads the Learning & Development team and contributes to the leadership of the corporate
• Contributes to the establishment of global strategies and solutions. Develops the L&D strategy
• Contributes thought leadership and proven results to strategic partnerships in HR as it relates to
• Drives and executes division organizational development needs. Proactively works with ALD partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. Major in Organization Development or
• 10-15 years in Human Resources Management with emphasis in Talent Management practice and process
• Area or regional experience preferred; global mindset required.
• Consulting experience with proven track record of results with clients/customers in such areas as
• Leadership development and talent management experience required.
• Organization development, change management, or performance improvement experience required.
