Associate Director, AMI Clinical Engagement

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the onsite Clinical Education team to support the delivery of high-quality training
• Serve as a player-coach by actively delivering presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training
• Oversee day-to-day training center operations, including staffing, scheduling, onboarding, workflow
• Ensure consistent adherence to training center SOPs, policies, and procedures to maintain
• Partner closely with leadership to plan, implement, and monitor training center activities and
• Support onboarding and training of new team members, including role-specific training, operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current, active, and unrestricted NP, PA, or RN license required.
• Must be based locally in the Austin, TX area and able to work onsite regularly; this is not a
• 3–5 years of clinical experience with facial injectables required.
• 3–5 years of experience in clinical education, training, or a related role preferred.
• 2–4 years of people management or team leadership experience required.
