Associate Director, AMI Curricula

📋 Description

• Lead the development of AMI curricula across all large group programming in the AMI Training
• Strategic oversight of AMI content and tactics as it relates to large group programs
• Net new program creation based on Learning Journey, business needs, market demand
• Go to market strategy for new programs through Field and digital channels
• Strategy for Faculty speaker training and selection, ongoing Faculty training post-launch
• Oversight of development of all training materials, videos, slide decks, etc, aligning to brand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 10 years related experience is preferred
• Experience in curricula development
• Experience on product/indication launches
• Experience managing a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Base salary range: $141,500 - $268,500 per year
