Associate Director, AMI Curricula

📋 Description

• Lead the development of AMI curricula across all large group programming in the AMI Training
• Provide strategic oversight of AMI content and tactics for large group programs, including net new
• Serve as Curricula Lead for all internal Sales communications, liaising between Curricula and
• Manage agency partners and content designers to ensure adherence to creative/curricula briefs
• Manage 'Large Group/Training Center AMI pillar' team members.
• Oversee all workshop and agenda development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience is preferred.
• Experience in curricula development.
• Experience on product/indication launches.
• Experience managing a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
