Lead development of AMI curricula across large group programming in AMI Training Centers and
Strategic oversight of AMI content and tactics for large group programs
Net new program creation based on learning journey, business needs, market demand
Go-to-market strategy for new programs through field and digital channels
Develop faculty speaker training and selection, ongoing faculty training post-launch
Oversee development of all training materials, videos, slide decks, aligning to brand strategy, KOL

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 10 years related experience preferred
Experience in curricula development
Experience on product/indication launches
Experience managing a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
