Lead the development of AMI curricula across all large group programming in the AMI Training
Strategic oversight of AMI content and tactics as it relates to large group programs, including:
Net new program creation based on Learning Journey, business needs, market demand
Go to market strategy for new programs through Field and digital channels
Strategy for Faculty speaker training and selection, ongoing Faculty training post-launch
Oversight of development of all training materials, videos, slide decks, etc, aligning to brand

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
Minimum of 10 years related experience is preferred
Experience in curricula development
Experience on product/indication launches
Experience managing a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
