Associate Director, Business Insights Lead

📋 Description

• Serve as primary SABI point of contact and trusted advisor
• Lead delivery of portfolio-level insights
• Own and evolve key analytical products
• Provide analytical and decision-support coverage to all global stakeholders
• Translate emerging business needs into scoped, actionable analytical workstreams
• Influence Sr. Directors/VP-level decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Business, or related
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, strategy, or related client-facing
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships (Director/Sr. Director level or above)
• Strong analytical and strategic decision-support skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with data analytics/visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel)
