Associate Director, Business Process Owner

📋 Description

• Accountable for delivering process transformations and continuous process improvement; lead and
• Use established methods to diagnose the current state of a process and identify pain points and
• Use established process improvement tools to identify and implement countermeasures that improve
• Network internally and externally
• Accountable for process performance oversight, process related decision-making, and all process
• Publish and manage L2/L3 process maps and time standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, BS-Industrial Engineering preferred
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
• 12+ years professional experience required with BS (8+ with Masters, 5+ with PhD)
• 5+ years dedicated process management and continuous improvement experience required
• Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification required, Lean Bronze+ or LSS Black Belt preferred
• Track record of delivering impactful transformative change required
